File a complaint

Use this form to report a concern about an NLS-verified agent or brokerage. Submissions are reviewed by the NLS Ethics Panel within 14 days. You may file anonymously, but doing so limits our ability to follow up.

Look up the agent / brokerage on the directory to find the ID, or quote their public NLS designation ID.

Minimum 30 characters. Be specific and factual; the panel may contact you for clarification.

Disclaimer: NLS designations are a private professional standard. They are not government licenses, public regulatory approvals, colegio memberships, or official state certifications. Filing a complaint here does not replace any statutory regulatory channel.
